Following the demerger from their parent company, Liv Group had to find new offices that best represented their new brand. UKCC canvassed the market, sourced new offices and negotiated the purchase of their new HQ at Whitehall Riverside in Leeds. Working with a wider project team that fitted out their new offices Liv Group enjoyed a flawless transition from their existing premises to their new offices, opening their doors for business in December 2015.

On behalf of a private investor we sourced and acquired, off market, this mixed use investment in Leeds City Centre for £1m. Comprising 3 lock up shop units and 9 residential apartments the property provided in excess of £100,000 of income plus the opportunity to enhance capital value by asset management opportunities and refurbishment of the apartments

Rowntree Wharf,  

Rowntree Wharf is one of the most significant buildings in York City Centre. The former Grade II listed flour mill  was marketed for sale by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. Comprising 25,000 sq.ft. of offices and 68 residential apartments, the property provided an exceptional opportunity for investment and conversion of the offices to apartments. On behalf of Rougemont Estates, UKCC negotiated the purchase of the property.

Courtwood House comprised a vacant 1970’s office building extending to 37,500 sq. ft. plus parking. Vacant for over 5 years UKCC were instructed to market the part freehold, part leasehold property for sale. Acting on behalf of the Joint LPA receivers the property was extensively marketed into the UK development and investment markets. A successful sale was completed in December 2015.
